Jon bought his first rental property in his early 20s while a student at Arizona State University, a property he still owns today, and that decision set the course for 20+ years as an active real estate investor, operator, and lender.
Jon co-founded Renters Warehouse, one of the nation's largest single-family rental property managers, where he built and led the Portfolio Services Division serving institutional investor clients. After 13 years there, he joined the founding team at Picket Homes to develop next-generation underwriting and acquisition technology for the SFR space.
Beyond operations, Jon has served as a commercial real estate lender and GP, working with small to medium-sized investors on investment property financing. He is also an active hard money lender and a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.
